Another year slides past, another set of races and championships are decided, some important, some not, greyer and slower we slide past ourselves… SCP stirs again… so… here goes

Rick Dole sends smoke signals from Mosport, quicker than the internet or so he says, will he get a better reception than his cellphone did? A strong signal from North of the 49th Parallel.
